GROOM'S CALENDAR

- 6 Months before the Wedding:
Arrange a visit with the clergy to set the date and time of the ceremony.
Choose your best man and ushers; advuse then as to the proper attire.
Sit down with both sets of parents to estabish a budget and guest list.
Buy gists for your bride, best man, and ushers.
Complete your family's guest list.
Order wedding attire for yourself and your attendants.
Make honeymoon arrangements- visa, passport, inoculations.

- 1 Months before the Wedding:
Arrange overnight accommodation for out-of-town attendatns and guests.
Corfirm honeymoon reservations.
Assist with plans for rehearsal dinner.
Arrange for tuexdo fittings.

- 1 Weeks before the Wedding:
Have your hair trimmed.
Pick up your wedding atire.
Advise your best man and ushers regarding the rehearsal and any special seating arrangementsat the sesrvice.
Give gifts to your attendants.
Give the clergy's honourarium (in a sealed envelope) to the best man.
Paack clothes for the honeymoon.

On the Big Day:
Review with your best man the obligations and timing for the day.
Ensure the best man has the honourarium for the celrgy on hand.
Ensure you have the wedding ring with you and give it to the best man.
Arrive at the church 20 minutes before the ceremony.
After leaving the reception, phone or send a telegram to thank your new wife's parents.
